I have been thinking about this for a while now.
January "I will not drink carbonated beverages."
February "I will exercise 5-7 days a week."
At the end of December I gave up Soda/carbonated beverages. I have felt so much better since I have tried to master my addiction. I thought to myself.. hmmmm.... what else can I give up or add to my life to make me feel better. To make me a better person. This month (February) I am going to add in exercise. I will be diligent in exercising 5-7 days a week. I am planning on adding or subtracting something from my life each month, thus the title: 12 Months to a Better Me!
