The blueberries and coconut oil in these bring a sweet light taste that compliments the earthy flours!!!
Beat:
1 Egg
Beat in:
1 1/4 Cups Milk
Then beat in:
1/2 Cup White Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Honey
2 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Beat until smooth.
Stir in:
2 Cups Blueberries
Cook, grill, bake however you like to make your pancakes.
I like to eat mine with butter, powdered sugar, and a little drizzle of real maple syrup!
