I have been on a smoothie kick for a while now. My goal was to compile some of my most popular recipes and blog about them all together. Until today.
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
1 Frozen Banana
1 Mandarin Orange, or 1/4 Cup Canned Mandarin Oranges
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Put all ingredients in a blender and smoothie away. One serving has approximately 275 calories, 35 carbs, and 26 grams of protein.
